Just come bk from a nice 4 day break with my girlfriend and two dogs . The site was clean and tidy the only thing I would say is bad is the WiFi we paid for it and it wouldn't work on my phone but worked on my partners phone but kept dropping every so often . When we arrived we didn't have any form of welcome basket with stuff for dogs or anything

First visit here, stayed in a Robin cabin and have to say everything about it was perfect. Easy to find although some of the lanes were very narrow! Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cabin was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and very modern with everything you could possibly need for a self catering break. The park was so peaceful and quiet and perfect for a relaxed break. If you do want to venture out and about then a car is essential but it is also easy to order a take away as well if you dont want to cook! We only stayed 3 nights but it felt like so much longer, came away feeling refreshed and relaxed which was the purpose of our weekend away. Will definitely be booking again!

Amazing weekend at the Robin Log Cabin for a relaxing stay. The lodge is well equipped and loads of little extras that make it a special stay. The outdoor area is perfect and covered with hot tub, seating and swing chair. The bed is very comfortable and lodge was spotless. The site is quite remote so you will need a car but if you want peace and quiet it is perfect. There is a little shop if you need any last minute essentials. If you book a pet lodge the little doggy bag was a perfect touch.

Thank you so much for another lovely stay, our second time with you and we stayed at the Dove lodge this time - very much becoming our favourite place to visit each year. We've had a much needed/restful stay with you after the madness of Christmas, we are now all refreshed ready for work/school again. The cabin was lovely and spacious and worked perfectly for us of a family of 4 with the children's park just next door to us, we look forward to hopefully returning again at some point this year. Already missing the hot tub and relaxed pace 😂

Lovely cost log cabin in the forest. The hot tub was a great added feature. The cabin was equipped with everything you need, a full kitchen with all the utensils you want. It is a wonderful place that we will be visiting again soon

Well equipped log cabins with a hot tub in a secluded wooded location. Some cabins are dog friendly.Parking next to the cabin. The cabin was lovely and clean. The hot tub was clean and warm.Towels & bedding was provided. The beds were made up ready for our arrival.A number of local take aways deliver to the site, which could be useful as I am not aware of any restaurants or pubs within walking distance.I would not recommend visiting the site in a sports car or any car which does not have a lot of ground clearance due to the number of potholes on site. The site is accessed via a number of country lanes so a sat nav is useful.I would recommend taking a torch if taking an evening stroll around the site. The WiFi worked well. The only phone signal is by the main gate.

What is included in my Lodge or Log Cabin?

All of our Lodges & Log Cabins have their own hot tub, towels and bed linen are also included along with a welcome pack of fresh milk, tea/coffee, toiletries, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and toilet rolls. Each kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher and stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery. Each one will have at least one TV and DVD player, please see specific accommodation pages from more information about what is included in each type.

What is included in my Glamping Pod?

Each Bluebell & Daisy Glamping Pod has a full size double bed with bedding included, please bring your own towels or add on towel rental at the time of booking. The en-suite bathroom has a hydro massage shower, sink and toilet. The kitchenettes in these pods include a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and hob along with pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. You will also get the use of a communal firepit & BBQ area. The Wild Flower & Bluebell & Diasy Plus pods also have a double bunkbed and sleep up to 6 people.

    Can I BBQ onsite?

Our lodges & log cabins all have their own brick BBQ, you can either bring charcoal & firelighters with you or purchase them from our shop. You will find BBQ utensils provided in your kitchen.

The Bluebell, Wild Flower & Diasy Glamping Pods have a communal firepit, either bring your own logs & kindling with you or you can purchase them from our shop. Please do not use wood from our trees. There is also space to use disposable BBQ’s and you may bring your own gas BBQ to use in this area. Unfortunately, we can’t allow BBQ’s on your pod decking area. Utensils & a Marshmallow tree are provided in your pod.

We do ask that all visitors leave the site by 11pm and we reserve the right to ask any guests to leave the site immediately if they do not comply with the site T&Cs especially regarding behaviour.

Does the site have wifi or phone signal?

The phone signal around the site does depend on your device and network but is limited so we recommend by the park gates for the best signal.

You can join the local wifi service and purchase one of their data packages for your stay. We do have routers installed in each Lodge, Log cabin and Glamping Pod so you can arrange this once you check in from your accommodation or add it onto your bookign before arrival. Prices start from £8 for 4 devices for 1 day, £18 for 3 days or £25 for 7-days.

Due to our location we cannot guarantee either a phone signal or wifi strength. We cannot accept bookings that are wholly reliant on the uninterrupted provision of this service. We recommend switching off and enjoying your escape from everyday life!

Where is the nearest car charging point or petrol station?

You will find electric car charging points at Morrisons in Cheadle or Lidl in Uttoxeter. Unfortunetly due to our capacity you cannot charge your vehicle from your accomodation. A £100 charge will be given to anyone found charging their vehicle onsite. Your nearest petrol station is in Tean, ST10 4JF

Do you have bears at the park?

One of our most frequently asked questions! We have an abundance of wildlife on the park including birds, squirrels and deer but we are yet to discover bears in the woods. You will however find Mr Tubbs our park mascot at reception.
