Each of our five luxury lodges comes with a private covered hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious decking area, so you can enjoy complete independence throughout your stay. Several lodges are pet friendly too, meaning your four-legged walking companion can join the adventure.

Unlike lodges deep within the national park, staying at Quarry Walk Park gives you the best of both worlds; easy access to the Peak District for daytime adventures, and Alton Towers less than five miles away for something completely different.

Quarry walk park staff are friendly and helpful the park is lovely and quiet has achildren lay ground and pond loads of pubs around the area, Alton Towers not far from park the shop on the park has tea, coffee, milk, orange and apple juice, twine beer, and lager and bread, toiletries, DVDs and ice cream.

Stayed here last year in badger lodge after it being recommended to us. After an issue with our flight our first thought was to book here. Called from the airport to be told you had 1 cabin left so we were expecting maybe a more basic lodge. We turned up 4 hours after making the booking to a beautiful cabin. Fox lodge. Absolutely stunning and just what we needed. We enjoyed some of the local walks recommended in the book. And ate at some of the local pubs which were lovely and very reasonably priced. The lodge itself was clean and fully equipped with far more than we needed. Beds beautifully made and towels provided. Spotless decking area to and I really love the fact that not only are glasses provided for inside the lodge but plastic 1s are provided for the outside area. Hot tub was lovely and maintained well.

Celebrating New Year in a very spacious, homely, warm fox lodge which was very clean and prepped for our arrival, including all the little essentials you need for self-catering accommodation.

You wouldn’t tell it was a lodge that allowed dogs, a very high standard offered. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back for another tranquil break and switch off.

Value for money was exceptional, the staff very friendly and knowledgable, regularly checking the hot tubs daily and giving guidance on their use. Nothing was too much trouble.

Looking forward to our next break away here from working life.

I stayed with my partner, 3 children and 2 dogs in fox Lodge and it was beautiful. The Lodge had everything we needed and more. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We’re already looking at booking up again.

Hot Tubs You Can Trust

All our cabins include a private hot tub, set to a relaxing 38°C and checked daily by our team to ensure perfect water quality and safety. We use bromine instead of chlorine, which is gentler on the skin and ideal for sensitive guests.

Each tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled with fresh borehole water between every stay. Most are surrounded by privacy screening, though during winter, some may be partly visible when the trees are bare.

We care about the environment too; 19 tubs use air-source heating, and the rest are powered by a biomass boiler, reducing our carbon footprint while keeping your soak perfectly warm.
