What happens if my booking is cancelled due to COVID-19

You will be able to choose any one of the following three options if we cancel your booking, or if you cancel your booking because UK government public health measures mean that it is unlawful to travel to or make use of the accommodation you booked:

✓ Full refund
We will refund you the full amount you have paid for your booking.

✓ Transfer to a later date
Subject to availability, we will help you move your booking to a later date with no admin fees, but please be aware that if the cost of your new accommodation is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference. Price match options are available when moving to the same dates next year.

✓ Choose a voucher
You can request a voucher for the amount you have previously paid for your booking. You can then use it to book a new holiday with us or towards another existing booking. Vouchers issued in 2020 are valid until 31st December 2021.

This policy is valid for direct bookings only, if you have used a booking agent please refer to their T&C’s.

Do regional lockdowns & restrictions affect my booking?

Government guidance and legislation on COVID 19 changes frequently. Before you travel, you need to ensure you have checked and understood the relevant legislation and guidance that is applicable to you, your home location and the make-up of your party. You can find the latest guidance from the government at https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus There are no current regional restrictions to our postcode ST10 1RQ.
